Have the command disabled (deviation-on) on the player at first until the command is used.

   More experienced & committed Beggar's jumpers would want this to be turned on (deviation-off) for more RNG heavy jumps & strategies like high & long syncs.
   Less experienced & newer Beggar's jumpers would have deviation starting out. This would help them learn the extent of the deviation early on. They wouldn't know of the command to turn deviation until later on once they're semi-familiar with the launcher & its random rocket deviation already.
   For people who weren't interested in, or were discouraged, to learn to jump with the Beggar's Bazooka because of its random deviation, a command to toggle it on & off could bring people in & encourage them to give it a shot.

I’d imagine this command shouldn’t be used on the Custom TDM Hightower servers (for obvious reasons) & maybe in the MGA (like with /ammo).

Possible command names: “/beggarsdeviation or /bd”, “/deviation or /de or /dev”, “/randomdeviation or /rd”
