FS#93 - Grabbing live server stats

Would be nice that when the SourceTV gets rolled out on Dedicated, we had the luxury of not having to go on to the server to dish out punishment, and instead could go to the website and watch player/server info and grab steamID’s from there, and then could dish out punishment through Sourcebans.

-Non essential-
Would be cool if somehow we could communicate (Give warnings before gag/mute/kick/ban etc, through the JumpBOT or something else, but yeah, non essential. We could just give a short gag/kick and include a warning there.
